2Best Practices

⏱️
Log lessons in real-time
The best time to log a lesson is right after it happens. Keep your phone or tablet handy and take 30 seconds at the end of each lesson.
📝
Use quick notes, not essays
Your lesson notes don't need to be comprehensive. A few keywords about what was covered is enough for compliance.
📸
Photo evidence is powerful
A quick photo of the whiteboard, student work (anonymised), or classroom activity is worth a thousand words for accreditation.
🔍
Review gaps weekly
Spend 5 minutes each week checking your Gap Analysis. It's easier to address missing outcomes early than scramble at term end.
🏷️
Cross-tag lessons when relevant
Many lessons cover multiple outcomes. Use the multi-outcome tagging to get credit for all the curriculum you're covering.
📊
Generate reports early
Don't wait until the deadline. Generate a draft report early in the term to see what gaps need filling.

4Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to log every single lesson?

No! Log enough to demonstrate coverage of each outcome. For most teachers, logging 2-3 lessons per week with meaningful notes is sufficient for compliance.

What counts as evidence for NESA?

Work samples (student work with names removed), lesson resources, assessment tasks, photos of classroom activities, and written reflections all count as evidence.

How does the AI report generation work?

Our AI reads your logged lessons, evidence, and outcome progress to generate professional accreditation statements and program evaluations. You always review and edit before using.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We never store student names - only attendance counts. Your data is encrypted, stored on Australian servers, and never shared with third parties.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Absolutely. You can export all your data (lessons, evidence, reports) at any time as a zip file. Your data belongs to you.

Does it work for all NSW subjects?

We currently support all NESA Stage 6 syllabuses and are rapidly adding Stage 4 and 5. Contact us if your subject isn't available yet.
